Grrrr!!! I wanted to love this fan so bad ... but I can only like it. Our last fan was a Govee and I loved the power of it. This fan is nice ... just not as powerful. I was thinking that it would be taller and be above the bed. I was wrong again.

I live in Texas and this fan has helped cool my house during the summer time tremendously!!! I love that I can control with the remote or the app via wifi (because i'm lazy) I used this fan every day all summer long on highest power, unplugged and set aside for the winter, then went to plug it back in about a week ago to get ready for warmer weather and it didn't turn on at all (why I gave 4 stars) I contacted customer service for the item and after providing them a short video and explanation of the problem, they provided me with a completely FREE REPLACEMENT that I received within 7 days!! I would also like to note that I did NOT choose to pay extra for warranty on the original item, but the company provides a manufacturer's warranty anyway for the first year. It was 2 1/2 months until my one-year standard warranty was over, and I still had no problem getting it replaced for no charge. I spoke with "Mia" and she was very helpful the entire time. I'm so grateful for their attention and understanding to their customers, as well as the timely replies from customer service and replacement shipping! Would definitely recommend this company!
