The Comfier fits perfectly on to my chair and has a super-soft feel and a great amount of padding. Literally made my own home - PC gaming chair, feel 100 times more comfortable. The functions are easy to use and plenty. I liked the higher intensity on all of them - but the "tapping" mode was one of my favourites, the other being the full neck, upper & Lower back and seat modes and just recline the chair back. After 10 mins the sensation of it stopping is when you fully notice just how good this bit of kit is. I found myself stretching while sitting and this added a nice pressure to certain areas. Particularly the neck and lower back. Moving my head to allow the neck massager to hit the correct spot relieving the pain. Stretching my back on to it allowed the massager to achieve the correct amount of pressure to my lower back. This - is a really nice massager. The heat functions are very nice with heatable areas in the seat and back, which i'm looking forward to in the cooler months. This is perfect for office based situations and home use. All in all this is a great piece of kit especially if you have neck or back problems i found it relieved the pain & was a very relaxing experience, i would not want to be without this it really has done wonders for my lower back pain, i have bought other Comfier products & i am always 100% happy with my purchases, great company, great products.

Absolutely brilliant, with the various different massage settings it as good as a masseuse session, and can't recommend it enough, as simple to use,portable and excellent value for money with the option of and extra guarantee that's free!! I suffer with shoulder and back pain due to having had very serious sepsis two year's ago so this helps so much,and it's relaxing-I haven't tried the heat on it yet,due to summer, but it's gonna be used in the winter. Simply can't praise it enough, and no,I'm not an employee!! Get one

Only had the product a few days and I've put it in the car. The motors for the massage are strong enough to leave you numb (when dialed up to max, less aggressive settings are available) and the heated components reach a good temperature. Motor placement seems good but the neck motors don't really reach my neck thanks to the contour of the car seat. There are a couple minor improvements that could be made. The pocket that holds the remote has some velcro to close it and secure the remote in the pocket however this can't be opened one handed. As it's on the right hand side in the car, you'd need to take both hands off the wheel to retrieve the remote if you were driving. I'll be removing the velcro from mine. Obviously, this is not a problem if you use this in the home. The other is the remote. It offers excellent control but if you want to turn on the heated seat, back and three of the motor clusters on full time, it's six button presses. It'd be nice to have an "everything on full" button. It also doesn't remember the setting from the last time it was switched on. These are minor quibbles and more suggestions for improvements. The product seems well made, is comfortable and works well. As for durability, mine came with a two year warranty which leaves me hopeful but only time will tell.

I mostly got this for the heating function and it's nice and warm very quickly. I've found the vibrations at the head are a bit loud and uncomfortable for me, but the shoulder and lower back ones are wonderful 😍. The sound doesn't come through my microphone either so when I'm in a meeting/gaming with friends is all good. I've also had some shoulder pain recently and this has helped with that a little bit, similar to how a hot water bottle does. I saw a review on here saying you can't turn the vibration off and have heat? Maybe I have a newer version but on mine you can, you just push the vibration again to turn it off and the heat will keep going. Small downside, if like me you sit like an awkward gremlin sometimes, with feet up on the chair, the motors at the thigh section are a bit uncomfortable, digging into legs/feet, which is fine with the vibrations but otherwise is a bit uncomfortable. But if you sit normally this isn't a problem at all.

Product works fine indoors and a good range of comfortable settings. Unfortunately I bought it for a long car journey in a couple of days and the car adapter is missing, despite being listed in contents of manual and checking the questions section first. Marketed as a car seat; sold without facility. Let down. Quick update. Customer service informs me the adapter is not supplied, despite it being listed in tve manual, and sent me to a US link which does not retail in the UK. I'm running out of stars to drop. Further update: an adapter was shipped out to me and the product is working fine so am happy to adjust the stars accordingly. Update September 2023. I constantly receive unsolicited email from this company. Unsubscribing from list does not work and account preferences is a broken link. I would avoid this company. Stars dropped.

Wasnt expecting much for the price but item is really nice. Using with my desk chair. Cause its well padded you also use it as extra cushion for chair with wore of padding. Massage has various and plenty of setting for most. Heat works well. The item is very well made would recommend and may even buy another to go in car.

I bought this COMFIER Vibration Back Massager Seat Cushion with Heat as a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife, and she couldn’t be happier. She loves that she can use it anywhere — on the sofa, at her desk, or even on the dining chair. The different massage modes each have their own feel, and the heat setting is a nice bonus on chilly evenings. I’ve ended up using it too, and now I totally get why she enjoys it so much. This is my first time owning a back massager, and overall I’m really pleased with it. The design is nice and it’s comfortable to sit on, which makes it easy to use regularly. It offers several settings, so you can customize how you want the massage to feel, and I like having that flexibility. The heat function is good — not the strongest I’ve experienced, but definitely warm enough to be relaxing. This is my second massage chair from comfier, and I must say that I like this one a lot more than the last for several reasons. My husband got me the first one as a Christmas present a few years ago, and although it is definitely nice, after some use I realized that my back does not react well to the constant push of the massages, and I end up with more pain than I started. However, that is entirely a ME problem, as I have family members that adore it! Anyway, I recently got this one and although it is definitely thin, it works more off strong vibrations in certain areas rather than a massage piece digging into you. Personally, I like this a lot more as I can enjoy the massage without tissue pain, but rather relief! I guess the fact that it’s multilevel vibrations all around might be what makes it a little loud, but nothing that some headphones on and getting lost to Enya or relaxing music couldn’t fix. The size is perfect on my tall gaming chair! I especially really like that, unlike my other one, I can actually lay back on top of this one and enjoy a full back massage while either leaning back or laying all the way down without feeling any unwanted pressure or anything pushing up against my bones. I have been wanting a massager like this for a long time and I’m glad to finally have found it! I think if I wanted to lay on top of it on top of my bed, I most likely could and it would feel amazing! All the functions hit all the right spots and you can select them all at once or click on the ones you do or do not want to have on. The heating options for the back and seat are also always a nice touch! I am definitely happy with my purchase!

It is nice and definately has a strong vibration. It is quite loud however so that is disruptive with it buzzing in your ears. Otherwise the cushion is comfortable, and the heat is nice.

I bought this for my back pain and have been using it every day. It seems to be working since I do have back pain any more! It’s compact and easy to put away. I love how soft the material is and the various modes they have. Definitely don’t need to go to the chiropractor anymore!
