Would these be a good walking shoe? Say all day at the zoo?

These shoes are not a big arch support/supportive type of shoe. I like flat shoes and actually prefer to work out barefoot to strengthen the muscles etc in my feet. I could walk an entire day comfortably in a flat flip flop so not sure if that'd work for you.

This is listed as a womens shoe, but whem you click on select size, there are only mens sizes. How doni selwct a womens size?

M stands for medium standard width. It does not stand for mens.

Are these men's sizes?

I'm not too sure because the title does say women's so maybe it is women sizes
