We have a couple kids (under 8) and they enjoy pulling on the hand towels that we have hanging on these, and even after a few months are holding up very nicely. Granted it was a pretty heavy towel but for the price of these they should have a pretty good grip. They were applied to clean, brand new painted doors and didn’t last long there.
