It works great. It does not hurt the teeth or the enamel just takes off. The stains works well and affordable and itโs good to use in between the dentist Visits. Review: Hygienist commented that my teeth were less stained (red wine, tea, and cigarettes!) since I have been using this for 12 months. I use in evenings and regular toothpaste in morning.
