This is the perfect insole for high arches! I have struggled to find insoles that are actually for high arches and not just flat feet and I have found them! These fit and hug my arch so nicely I was honestly so happy when I saw that because I have ordered others and they were too low on the arch. It took like 2-3 trips outside to get used to but once you get used to them OMG they are soooo comfy and you barely notice you have them on and my arch has never felt more supported. I love that the heel is not hard like custom orthotics leaving your heels dry and aching. I definitely recommend for anyone with high arches looking for support! They fit into my most narrow shoes although it widens them a little (can barely tell) and no squeaks/noise when walking! You can cut them to the length/width you want to fit your shoe so overall perfect!

I have plantar fasciitis and my arches and heels are notorious for causing me pain on a daily basis. I work a job that keeps me on my feet all day and these inserts help tremendously. They have the highest arches of any inserts I could find on Amazon and I love that they are very affordable. Great buy for the money. The only reason I did not give these five stars is because I feel that there should be additional sizes available. These only go up to 10.5 in men's. I wear a size 11, so they work, but I know a lot of people with size 12 and 13 feet that would not be able to wear these if they wanted to.

I want to like these but they have no heel cup at all and trimming to size is not the same as buying to size. The arch support is good but that’s the only part of the insole that is reinforced. You get what you pay for, I guess.

The arches on these things are so high, I decided not to get custom orthotics made. I didnt think I could find any online that would be high enough to help me. But I was wrong-these are perfect! Sturdy & comfortable. Im definitely buying more.

I've purchased several of these insoles over the past few years that I put into several shoes that I do not wear on a daily basis. My last set of insoles have squeaked whenever I wear those shoes. I remove the insoles and they no longer squeak and when I reinsert the insoles, the squeaky sound returns. I was disappointed with the lack of customer support, especially considering how I've been a returning customer. I was sent two, of the exact same, generic emails. Either the seller doesn't know how to communicate or they just don't care. Nevertheless, I will no longer purchase this product.

I cut too much off of 1. I still tried it and it's really hard and bumpy. I had plantar fascitiis surgery, so I have inserts for my shoes. These looked really nice, so I thought I'd try. Because I cut them and cut too much off, I can't return them. So oh well. I would not recommend. There's 1 at Target that's great. I have an extra 1 of those but after moving, idr where I put it. So I may just go get those.

Einlagen sind so individuell wie Persönlichkeiten. Zu mir passen diese zu 100% Preisleistung stimmt. Ich habe keine Fersenspornbeschwerden mehr. Habe mir für jedes Paar Schuhe welche geholt. Die Einlagen sind sehr hart und verhindern einen Plattfuß. In Rücksprache mit meinem Orthopäden, der meinte/Zitat:"Wer bereit ist die zu tragen, tut sich gut. Die wenigsten halten dies durch."

Me decidí a comprar la plantilla y funciona excelente, al principio resulta algo molesta pero te acostumbras rápidamente y el dolor desaparece después de un par de días de usarla diario. La medida es un poco reducida si calzas del 8 en adelante.

Honestly, they are just like usual sneakers' insoles, but with a really good arch support. They fit in your sneakers like they were always meant to be there. The arch support is great, and it is not a firm support, it is flexible, so your feet move almost naturally. Also, as other reviewers said, do not cut them on the drawn lines, use your original insoles as a template. This, ladies and gentlemen, is how an arch support insoles should be made!

They are as you say high arch which will be better for me others only lasting 3 weeks. As my foot goes over. The arch is better having the hard silicone support worn them in my shoes 3 days now they are good you can feel the support under the arch . Only one dislike for me it doesn't cup my heel enough. Very good indeed otherwise
