Can you us these to clean a 55 gal rain barrel? If so, how many?

You will need one tablet per quart to clean that barrel. Plan on buying 220 tablets to do the rain barrel.

Would this clean jewelry?

It is not advised to use this product on jewelry.

Can I use this for my stove drip pans?

I don't think it would work for a flat pan but if there is a lip on the pan it would probably work. You need to let it soak for at least 15 minutes. I have only used them to remove caffeine stains from stainless steel travel mugs and a stainless steel tea kettle. They work really well on both of those.

Can I use this to clean a wine decanter?

I don't see why not...it's made specifically for steel bottles, but the effervesce should clean other surfaces. The main concern would be that it can handle hot water. You really need to use the hottest water possible, to get the best clean.
