Twelve South SurfacePad for iPhone 8/ 7/ 6 black | Ultra-slim luxury leather cover + display stand (black)

I’ve had twelve south case before. This one was very poor quality compared to the last one. Something has gone wrong with this product. It looked like it had already been used before. Not good.

Was impressed when I first got it but didn’t even make it past the 6 months before it become useless. Twelve South are not like they use to be that’s for sure.

The iPhone XR is a big phone so I thought the BookBook might be a bit bulky. Have to say the Surface Pad is slim but and fits perfectly. Love it.

Excellent, fabulous product. Not a lot of protection but meets my needs.

Great, light, switches screen off / on. Even smells good.BUT, I couldn't find a way to get it into a car mount easily without dmaging the case, so unfortunately I've stopped using it

It simply won’t close, although I allowed it more than “a week or so” to brake in, as the manufacturer recommends

Good quality material however the cover will not fully cover the face of my iPhone. It leaves close to 1/4 inch of the phone face sticking out from below the front cover. I was hoping to love this case but the design is lacking. It just doesn't fit my iPhone X properly. I knew that the edges of the phone would not be protected however I expected the top cover to fully cover the face of the phone. I constantly have to pull it over but it just won't stay. I removed the phone and tried to reposition it a number of times but you only have so much wiggle room because of the back camera. I probably won't use this case for much longer.

Fits decently. Like that it’s quality leather because most other cases I’ve had are faux material and peel over time. Little bit tight with 2 cards installed. Relatively slim. With a glass screen protector and a Dbrand wrap it’s about the best setup I’ve come across so far for the way I like to protect my phone. A little over priced for what it is, but it’s a brand name product and good quality.

Superb fit and finish. Love the colour and feel of leather. The iPhone X having a glass backing, I think there is an issue with the capacity of the case to stay stuck to the back of the phone. I used 12South products for my iPads with no problem but for my iPhone the surface pad did not stay sucked to the phone after 20 months of use. I only removed it once, so I cannot recommend this product.

Die Hülle wird geklebt. Anfangs dachte ich das es nicht haben wird, aber es hält und bewegt sich kein Stück! Habe es dauernd in der Hosentasche. Wenn man aber möchte kann man die Hülle mühelos und rückstandslos entfernen. Durch die Klebung baut die Hülle nur sehr gering auf. Das Leder ist hervorragend. Es riecht nicht wie andere billiger Lederhüllen.

Passgenau, schlicht aber sehr ansprechend. Als Hülle gut geeignet und fur dieses Smartphone genau angemessen.

Quasi impeccabile. Unica cosa che si potrebbe "migliorare" è il colore: dall'immagine non si percepisce che è propriamente nero. Sembra un grigio scuro (che forse avrei preferito), un dettaglio trascurabile...o forse no...

Im großen und ganzen ein gutes Produkt, nur unterstützt es nicht wie beschrieben, die Aufwach- und Schlaffunktion. Da dies für mich ein entscheidender Kauffaktor war, nur zwei Sterne.

Good product, but sticky back is not sticky enough.

Joli et très bien fini, mais à mon sens, protège beaucoup trop peu l'iPhone... Je n'ai pas osé la laisser longtemps pour protéger mon téléphone...

Terrible quality. You could not remove the paper to expose the sticky back that is suppose to stick to the phone. Once you do most of the sticky material pulls off with it. See video. Do not buy this product.

I can't say enough good things about this product! Quality materials and construction, fits like a glove, gorgeous leather. I've. never used a case with cover so I'm getting used to it, but so far I like it. The cover wakes the phone and puts it to sleep. That's convenient. Works with my current (plug-in) charging stand. I plan to get a wireless charger soon and it is supposed to support this. The case is very classy looking, which is important to me. Not the most protective, but I don't abuse my phone. My only complaint is that there were no "girly" colors to choose from. Mine is the deep teal, which is very nice looking. Twelve South perfectly compliments Apple products with quality and superb design. Love it!!!

I have had this case for my previous iPhones and they have been spectacular. I am a huge fan of TwelveSouth and have always stuck with their products. I previously have had black SurfacePads. I tried Cognac this time. The case works and the auto open works. My issue has been having cards in the pockets, they seem to be stretching the material. I have decided to keep thin cards, such as a license rather than a credit card. The case also has RFID protection, my ID card was unscannable while in the case. My only caveat with the case is how the folio doesn't stay closed. The folio always opens up when no force is applied on the top. To keep it from doing that, I put the case under a few textbooks and that worked for a few days. Eventually, the case opened up again. Sort of annoying, but the case overall has been great.
