I think mine was used? But also not the best j b l of its generation
Shipment was originally delayed because it never arrived, when I finally got the product, it was dirty and someone's name was written on it. At that point I just said, screw it.And I cleaned everything up. There's a light patch on the bottom where their name used to be.But other than that it's fine. Sound quality is good doesn't get as loud as I thought.It would even when pairing with multiple devices, I have others like the charge, overall, I think the charge would have been better.

Good product missing item.
I ordered the JBL Extreme 4 Bundle (speaker, strap & case) but I did not receive the included shoulder strap. The case that came with the bundle is sufficient for its purpose but is rather simple. The Extreme 4 Speaker is a solid portable speaker. I have owned various JBL audio products and am familiar with the quality of the sound, connectivity and durability of their devices. Please send me the missing strap.
