This is one of the most affordable and quality food processor have seen. After several months of usage, I mistakely broke one of the part and I reached out to the customer service for replacement, their response was fast and positive. I only purchased this food processor few weeks ago and I have to say, it's been an incredible addition! This appliance is so versatile and has made meal prep so much easier. With its powerful 800W motor and two speeds plus a pulse function, I can chop, slice, shred, knead, stir, and blend any ingredients with ease. I've used the slicing disc to make thin potato slices for gratin, and the shredding disc to grate cheese for pizza. The kneading function has been a huge help for making bread dough, saving me from the tedious work of kneading by hand. The stirring function is great for mixing cake batter or whipping cream. And, of course, the blender function is perfect for making smoothies, soups, and sauces. The 2L mixing bowl is a great size for making large batches of food, and it's made of durable plastic that's easy to clean. The 3-in-1 cutting disc is also a great feature, allowing me to switch between slicing, shredding, and grating with ease. One thing I appreciate most about the this processor is its compact size. It doesn't take up too much space on my countertop, which is a huge plus in my small kitchen. It's also surprisingly quiet for its power, which means I can use it without waking up the whole house. While this machine is great overall, it does have a few minor drawbacks. Firstly, the locking mechanism can be a bit tricky to get the hang of at first. It takes some practice to figure out the correct way to lock the lid in place, but once you do, it's secure and easy to use. Secondly, the blades can be a bit difficult to remove for cleaning. I've found that using a toothbrush or a small scrub brush can help get into the nooks and crannies. Lastly, the instructions that come with the appliance could be a bit clearer. It took me some trial and error to figure out how to use all the functions, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Overall, I highly recommend this cooking gadget. It's powerful and compact, making it a great addition to any kitchen. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a novice cook, this appliance will save you time and effort in the kitchen. Plus, it's fun to experiment with all the different functions and see what new dishes you can create. Wonderful while it lasted. Unfortunately, it just died after 9 months. Bought it in June’25 and in March’26 it refused to turn on again despite checking all connections and locks. I sent an email to Top Strong customer support and was very pleasantly surprised when within they sent me a replacement unit within a week. Great customer support.

Very usef

This product is very very nice. This mixer is not only looks good it works well with every task I had to do. The one thing that makes this product as good as any on the marker is the fantastic price it makes this product unbeatable. From me it gets an A +++.

Keeps cutting out and returning !

Fabulous easy to use just perfect

Not very good for celebration cakes. Its not got a paddle. Smaller than expected. Have kept it and borrowed my friends food processor to do the job. Its a much bigger bowl than this to do American buttercream.
