I have used these for only a few days and I have already seen a huge difference in my strength and muscle definition! I will caveat that I work out almost everyday. I am only starting to get into supplements now and I had no idea what a difference they can clearly make - this feels like cheating! It is crazy I’m able to get muscle definition within a week with the same exercise routine as I’ve had over a year. It would normally take me months or a year to get to this amount of progress. These also taste so good (and I don’t like candy).

These gummies were extremely chalky and had little to no flavor. It was really hard to eat one let alone 3-4 of these gummies. After 5-10 minutes, I felt sick and lightheaded from them. Can't say whether or not they'll work because I will not be continuing them long enough to tell. Beyond the unbearable taste, the nutritional profile is pretty bad - lot of sugar and carbs relative to the creatine. The company also includes something called a "Slimbiotic" in the gummies -- not sure what that is but I think it upset my stomach. These were the most expensive creatine gummies on Amazon per serving and they did not live up to the hype. I will not be buying again and will not be recommending.

I just had to come on here and give this a 5 star review because I'm glad I didn't listen to all these other folks who rated it so low due to taste. I had been planning on purchasing these for over a month, then hesitated due to these reviews. I finally just decided to go through with it. Definitely was bracing myself when I popped my first gummy, but bruh... they're totally fine. I mean sure I guess I can see where the chalkiness comes in but like.... barely guys. Barely. Were y'all expecting a sour patch kid? I really thought peepz was being so dramatic. I genuinely like these little guys. Delighted to have an excuse to pop 3 pieces of candy everyday whilst accelerating my fitness goals.

Sour apple tastes like banana, which is gross. I prefer the mixed berry flavor. Texture is good for a supplement chew. No stomach irritations!

good taste and so far so good

Saw this product on Instagram and figured I'd give it a try as I love sour gummies. The flavor is not my favorite, and I had trouble taking 3 at once. If gummies are your thing, this would be great but I will be going back to powder form of creatine.

The taste is horrible! I can’t even force myself to take them. Definitely upsetting, after reading reviews I thought this was the way to go, but I was wrong. Waste of money.

The taste is amazing- feels like I’m eating gummy candy but in the best way! As a woman, I’ve been intimidated to try creatine and I’m so happy this comes in an easy, digestible format (and non-intimidating). I take 3 a day before my workouts and so far I’m loving it! I’m hoping to see some results as I take this more consistently.
