    Safest travel carrier.

This product arrived extremely well packaged.  My kitten has not yet called for pickup so I can’t attest to her satisfaction, but I am well satisfied.  The product is very well made.  It is strong and considers both the comfort and safety of the kitten.  After securing the pod with car seat belt, all attention can be paid to driving while kitten is snug inside.  Would definitely recommend.

    Restocking fee for their error

So the mini is very very small and the dimensions are extremely incorrect.  I have a 4.5 lb Yorkie that could not fit in this thing. When the company reached out for feedback because I initiated a refund I told them this was a major problem and that it is misleading. This is not for any small dog unless they are newborn - more for kittens.  They asked me if I was going to buy another one, and I said yes but was waiting on my refund to process first. They charged me a restocking fee for their misleading and incorrect marketing information.  I will not be purchasing this again.  I literally put my dog in it to see if he would fit, he didn't and I packed the box back up as if it wasn't opened.  So no.  In my 20 years as a Amazon Prime member (yes it's been that long) I have never paid a restocking fee.

    Safe and Sturdy

Love this carrier and how easy it is to use in and out of the car. Easy to wash and dry while traveling without using a washer or dryer. More importantly, I don't worry about the safety of my dog knowing he's protected.
