Great quality
This Japanese can opener is amazing in its simplicity. No moving parts, just a sharp tip that smoothly cuts around the lid. It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it, super durable, and easy to clean. Way more reliable than traditional crank openers, and perfect for the kitchen, camping, or even keeping in a knife roll.

Best manual can opener.
I love this thing. No moving parts, ultimate reliability. Its similar in function to a p-38 can opener, but with this beefy handle. Its very comfortable and works a treat! I would say its the best manual can opener I have come across. It opens cans quickly and effortlessly. It is slower than a crank can opener, but not by much. The blade is stamped out of thick stock and is sharp. I can see this lasting many, many years. It has a bottle opener and a corner to pry with, could be used as a straight slot screw driver in a pinch. On top of all that, the price is so good. I have used worse can openers that cost 5 times what this does. Its my favorite can opener. the only thing it lacks is a can punch, for piercing a can of condensed milk or something similar. So what I do for those is I cut a medium slot on one side of the lid as if i was opening it, stop and rotate the can 180 degrees and cut a small slot for air to get in the can so I can pour. Works well enough. Get this one, you won't regret it.

Easy to use and does not rust
I was so sick of my can opener always getting rusty but this is so good. It's sharp it cuts through the cans easily and its easy to wash also. It's a good price and it's good quality i've been using it for a few months now and it's held up really nicely. At first I tried using it and i wasnt using it correctly and i was so bummed that I wasted money and this but then i just looked up how to use it properly and its so easy, literally easier than a regular can opener.

Great product, no others beat it.
I love this can opener. Everything is perfect, the paint, the ease of use, and the utility it has. It is a sturdy tool, that only has some mild play where the blade is attached to the handle, but that's after years of use.

End-Times Opener
No Electricity Required !! - Perfect for 'End Times' Least moving parts, robust (for large cans). Very sharp, so it's easy to cut into the can. Women should have a easy time. It's large enough to add leverage and power.

Easy and durable
I work in a kitchen and we open large cans every day. I bought this opener after we broke 2 “normal” can openers in 3 months. It took me about 2 cans to figure out how to use the opener correctly and quickly. I definitely will keep using this style can opener, it is so much easier.

Great manual can opener
I love this can opener! One never knows when you're going to need to open a can when you don't have access to electricity. I've been buying can openers that run along the lines of this one. It is very sturdy. The metal is strong and isn't going to bend when you're trying to puncture a can. Because it doesn't have two parts coming together to cut open a can, no food can get caught anywhere that's difficult to clean out. The shape of it is easy to grip with arthritic hands and fingers (my achy hands and fingers can attest to this). Even though it does take a modicum of strength to puncture a can, it doesn't take more than my wrists and thumb can handle despite chronic tendonitis. I was expecting pain; there was none. I'm a small person, 5 feet tall, and I have small hands. The can opener looks initially like it would be too big for me to use but it's not. It's absolutely fine. The blade is big so it takes less time to open a can than it would with a smaller P38 or even a P51. There is a bit of a knack to angling the part of the opener closest to you, towards your body so you have leverage against the can rim to push the blade down. The can opener is shaped like a big capital "O". You grasp the outer edge of the "O" with your fingers; this is the handle. The bit of the "O" that rests against your palm is rolled, so there are no edges against your skin. That makes it quite comfortable. The same can't be said about the part of the handle that sits under your fingers. While the edge isn't sharp, it isn't rolled, so it's not comfortable. It's doable, though. This is solely a right-handed can opener. If you're left handed and are not able to teach your right hand to adapt easily, this opener is probably not for you. I can't see a way that someone could push that blade into the can lid (while pointing the can opener towards you) without the pressure of a thumb...unless you have VERY strong wrists. Because it only has the one blade, there isn't a grip that's going to start slipping on can edges after a couple of years. It might get blunt after a long period of use, but honestly, I don't know of any blade that doesn't. This is great for camping and power outages. The bright colour makes it harder to lose. I keep it in its box so I don't get poked by its pokey bit when rummaging around in the drawer. If you're interested in using less electricity, getting back to basics, having things of quality that aren't going to break down or break apart, then I highly recommend this can opener.

Great Quality Can Opener That Works Well
I’ve gone through lots of can openers over the years, and after some research, I picked the Korin. It’s easy to use and feels really sturdy with a sharp blade. Just a heads up, it does leave the edges of the can a bit rough, so be careful if that’s an issue. Overall, I’m happy with it and it seems like it will last.
