It's actually more comfortable than my old one. The padding on the arm rest is a plus as I tend to rest my elbows on them. My other chair just had plastic ones and found it uncomfortable. You get a bit of back tilt but not too much. Love the breathable back support. Customer support is great. There was an issue with the shipment and they were very helpful in resolving it. It's a recommended buy in my opinion. It is super comfy and made with leather seat. It is relatively affordable in compare to other high pricy chair. The arm rest could be folded back if you need more space. The only draw back is the chair does not tilt back, it tends to stay back straight and could not be tilted back for relaxing.
