The product I received is not what was advertised and also of a sub standard quality. It was missing the scrapper clearly shown in the product images and description, and the pads included were different as well. This does not match the item I intended to purchase. I've uploaded photos showing the difference between what was displayed and what I actually received.

After reading the reviews of multiple products like this one I decided to give this one a try. I'm extremely glad that I did!Great product that I can use my own cleaning solutions in. I like to use essential oil in mine to give my house a nice fresh boost without the chemicals. I don't have any issues with it leaking or any problems with it at all. Easy to use and saves me a lot of time while cleaning.

I tend to mop twice a week but I hate getting out the whole mop and bucket for quick little touch ups. I've added a bit of pinesol with water and keep this ready at all timea. The pads are easy to wash and changeout and even if I have one or two in the laundry basket, I still have spares. Easy to put together right out of the box and does the job.

This product is wonderful! Works great for cleaning my wood floors, you can put any kind of floor cleaner in the container. I love that it has multiple pads to use! Ease of assembly:very easy to assemble

Perfect size. Sturdy. Easy to clean. Speed & function is good with correct detergent.Assembly was easy other than attaching the base, my wife could not click it. I had to use some force.
