Will this work in a clamp lamp?

Get a painters lamp on amazon for about five dollars. No gooseneck, but a big clamp and reflector that holds the bulb fine.

Will this product help with skin issues like wrinkles and all over skin rejuvenation?

Yes it does. I have used it on moles, scars, scratches, and blemishes with positive results.

Has anyone found a gooseneck lamp that can support this bulb without tipping over?

They do exist. I have one I like, but need to add extra support. Though I prefer a floor lamp that has two fixtures. One points up (regular) and the other has a book/goose light attachment to use for red light bulb. I keep it near by my desk and is the right height.
