電解質代謝異常疑惑があり、意識的に電解質を摂ってみようと思って購入しました。薄めのポカリが作れるので粉末一択！安くてありがたいです。ちなみにTAKEYAフレッシュロック800mlの容器はポカリ粉末10L用(740g)がぴったり入るのですが、いつまでもサラサラのままです。ポカリ粉末はすぐにベタベタするものだと思っていたのですが、ある有識者様のブログでこの商品が紹介されていて半信半疑で購入したところ大正解でした。全力でオススメします。

粉のポカリスエットは我が家の定番。いつでも手軽に作れます。OS-1と違い甘さを自分で調節できるのが、いいですね。OS-1は薬としての作用があるので、ペットボトル。粉はおすすめ出来ませんが、ポカリスエットはお手軽かも。年中通して冷蔵庫に入っています。

なんとなくこれを指名買いです人工甘味料使っているアクエリよりはマシかなーと思っているけど、アミノ酸使ってるし、どっちもどっちなのかもしれません。こういうのに頼らないでってなるとスポーツしてる人は難しいよな母は子供たちの健康を考えると一生この原材料をテーマに毎回モヤモヤしながら購入へ至っておりますそろそろナチュラルなスポーツ飲料作ってくれませんか？っていうと、塩、レモン水になるのかな？

山登りの水分補給用に大量購入。お得🉐感はあるが実際比較してないので分かりません。やはりこの手の飲料は冷えていた方が良いんだが、流石にリュックの中に仕込んだら、、、ぬるま湯になったので、歩荷増しで保冷パックを同居させます。賞味期限は確か27年までいけたので来年まで買わずに済む。

Para quienes hemos probado esta excelente bebida es una muy buena opción comprarla en polvo para preparar a $27 el litro EXACTAMENTE comprando las 5 cajas de 5 litros cada caja para un total de 25 litros = polvo para preparar 25 litros en sobres de a litro. I picked up a box of the powders to take home from a drugstore before we flew home. I was so excited to find they are also sold on Amazon! The taste is great and it helps quench my thirst!

I can tell you why i drink pocari sweat. Surprisingly it's not with regards to the electrolyte content. I think if we look at electrolytes, pocari sweat may be comparable to gatorade. What is really interesting is that while other sports drinks are moving away from sugar, pocari sweat is made with cane sugar. I didn't realize until recently. I feel like it's one of the main reasons why pocari sweat feels more palatable during heavy exercise. Gatorade and other sports drink has always left a very stringent sour after taste. It almost makes me feel more thirsty during intense exercise. Not sure if this an experience that others have had. But I feel like pocari sweat is the only sports drink that doesn't give me that. It's sweet and refreshing when you drink it but afterwards it doesn't linger. Anyways, if you can't tell, I really like it. And I really recommend it. This packaged format is also the cheapest way to have it.
