Can this grow outside in Atlanta, Ga?

I reside in GA 8b zone. I can because I near the coast but it has to be winterized heavily and requires alot of care. Mine stays in a heated greenhouse for the times the teps does dip, anything below 55 ish will kill it. it likes temps 60 F to 85 F it also need very well drained soils and wet feet it can not tolerate so Ga red clay is suited, why it does near the coastal areas better than inland It has to be dwarfed and contained to a greenhouse , USDA climate zones 9-11 are optimum for growing outdoor avocado trees I barely reach it requirements at 8b most of ga is 8a to 7a which is too wet cold to stay outdoors

How tall will these grow?

Mine is potted in a 40" pot and it about 6 feet tall, about 9 feet with the pot.

i live in texas. when my tree came it had flowers on it already. I picked them off so the tree could grow stronger. It is thriving here. if i left the flowers i would have had avocados

Is this tree self fertile? Can you grow just 1 tree and still get fruit?

Apparently yes, however mine arrived broken and eaten up by something. Leaves all had holes. They were kind enough to refund me 1/2 my money back. I tried to nurture it back but it died. Was very bummed.
