I genuinely cried after taking this supplement for the first time ..I was not fidgeting anymore nor qas my anxiety spiking up. These are a great value compared to other brands. I take them with my ADHD meds and/or caffeine and they really make a difference without driving down my blood pressure too much. Combined with good nutrition and hydration, L-theanine can really help you get into a relaxed state whenever you want throughout the day. Would highly recommend for anyone with anxiety or who has to take stimulants.
