Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste for Baking and Cooking, 32 Ounce

Warning: You will find it VERY difficult to go back to vanilla extract after using this. The flavor is exceptional and it has a thick, rich consistency so a little goes a long way. Pricey but absolutely worth it. You could run through several bottles of regular vanilla extract without ever coming close to replicating the taste of this vanilla bean paste so you might as well bite the bullet. It elevates the flavor of everything and I just love seeing the little flecks of vanilla bean in my coffee and baked goods. I don’t like the smell of the 32 oz plastic bottle but the plastic makes for safer shipping; I just pour it into an airtight swing top glass bottle on arrival and it looks really nice on my baker’s rack.

My mom Loved her gift. Everyone was like "What? Pls share. Can I have some?" I know its a very large quantity yet my in families eyes its some of the best vanilla bean paste. Vanilla is one of those things that limited in amounts because of quantity of it. For once I wanted my mom to feel like she didn't need to hold back on the vanillsla theirs plenty so enjoy and use it. Right now its going into drinks and she has told me she does not want to use the whole bottle up on coffee drinks. ^_^ I am glade she is enjoying it. I just hope she can feel like she can keep indulging and not need to stop. ^-^

This vanilla bean paste has transformed my baking. I first bought a small bottle at Costco and fell in love with it, that small bottle was just not nearly enough so I found the larger size on Amazon. It goes in everything : cookies, pancakes, milk shakes and homemade yogurt! The price can be a bit intimidating but in my opinion worth it!

No, I do not deny it. I’m a vanilla snob. I have different vanillas from different places that have specific uses. Mexican vanilla for flan. Junk extract for camping. But when I want pure intense vanilla flavor, this is IT! I adore Americas Test Kitchen and they did tests showing that the type of vanilla you use doesn’t really matter in the end but in this case, they are wrong! This stuff is pure Heaven in a bottle. If I’m going to take the time and care to make a decadent, elegant dessert, you can bet this is the vanilla I’ll be using. And on a Black Friday deal, the momentary price drop made this a steal! I hope they do deals like this again. This bottle cost less than half of what my last bottle cost. However, whatever the price and whatever your budget, this is worth the expense. Divine.
