Works good. Needs better instructions on setup and install. Website was iffy at best. Could use a better compass to set it up.

I ordered this product to be delivered overnight. It cost me $250 plus the $175 for the satellite dish!! There were no instructions with it & we never got it to work!!! I expected an overnight delivery fee but never $250!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

No instructions but husband figured it out. Works as good or better than we hoped when camping. Super happy.

Ordered what was advertised as an RV portable dish for our RV. I assumed it would be a smaller version of our home Direct TV dish. It turned out to be the same size and maybe larger. We didn't even take it out of the box knowing it would not work for us. Tried to return it but was told I would have to pay the shipping to return. It cost $106 to mail it back to the company.

The description clearly says..."INCLUDED: SLIMLINE DISH, 3ft TRIPOD, SWM SL3 LNBF, 21V POWER SUPPLY, SWM SPLITTER, 50ft & 9ft RG6 CABLE, 1 FLAT CABLE." The kit I received is not a Directv Slimline Dish...it is labled Dish HD Network. There was no Power Supply or SWM Splitter. Also, the LNB is obviously not new. It has the appearance of one that has previously been exposed to the elements for awhile. The Phat Satellite website is down and I can't even find a phone number to call about returning it. There was not even basic instructions on how to assemble and hook it up. Unless you are experienced at this type of installation, you will have to find someone else to do it for you. Very disappointing since I was counting on having it for a week long camping trip we are about to take.
