I’ve tried a few different Ashwagandha supplements, but this KSM-66 extract from Double Wood is definitely my favorite so far. I appreciate that it's a clinically studied extract and organic, which gives me more confidence in the purity and potency. Since I started taking the 600mg daily serving, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my daily stress levels and overall mood. Need deep sleep?
I sleep really well when I take two before bedtime. Love ashwaghanda and the way it makes me feel. I’m a hyper-responder & can definitely feel the effects of deep sleep

Cortisol's Counter Weapon
Ashwaganda is a great sleep aid for us seniors. My wife in particular was having sleep issues, waking up and not able to get back to sleep. The villain is cortisol. Ashwaganda KSM 66...this product...is the counter. She now sleeps much more soundly since using this product. It works for me as well, though much of my sleep issues are prostate related.

I pop one not two and noticeable difference in Mr Big Bought a second bottle.. nothing to think about.. cheap, works, no side effects.. more effective than Arginine or Naringen for me
