This is a fantastic way to take 1000mcg of B12. Dissolved soo quickly one isn't sure it was taken. I couldn't stand the long lasting not so pleasant after taste of Nature Made.

I have been using this B12 for over 10 years. I am a Vegetarian for almost 40 years. I am advised to take B12 . With this Sublingual B12 my blood work is great. It is very small and melts under your tongue very quickly and has no taste or after taste. I Highly Recommend this B12 and this Brand. Price is very good with Amazon. โฅ
