Decent enough size for a place to hold all my pictures and documents and quick enough for a drive if not up to SSD performance. So all in all a decent setup for what I need it for which is mainly photograph and video editing with the ability to run most PC games - though you would have to drop the settings on some of the newest games to the lowest settings, (it ran BioShock Infinite very nicely without the need to lower the settings). It arrived promptly enough. Out of the box it looked quite cool and felt reasonably put together - what cabling there was on view was managed neatly giving the interior a clean look. I plugged everything in and booted. The process of set-up was swift and simple. Once done I noticed that the 1TB disk was missing. After contacting Vibox to confirm that they had included the drive , they had, they asked me to check that the sata cable had not come loose in the transport. Well not sure who transported the PC but I can only assume they had not treated the box with much care and attention. The power cable was not connected, the drive had come loose from the drive carrier and the sata lead connector had broken off, leaving half of it jammed in the drive connection :( . I ordered a new sata cable (Vibox refunded me the cost within a day) and refitted the drive. With the drive fitted the server would not boot. A check of the bios and the the boot order had changed so I returned the SSD drive to the primary place and the system booted. Sadly the drive could still not be seen. A closer look, or should I say listen, and I was not happy the the noise coming from the drive. I contacted Vibox who gave me the option of returning the drive for them to replace and fit myself or they would collect the PC and sort. I went with option 1, boxed up the old drive and sent it back (again Vibox refunded the cost of sending back as soon as I sent them pics of the receipts). Within two days my new drive arrived was fitted and working nicely. The moral of the above is that sometimes things go wrong and when they do you get to find out what of sort of customer service the company you've bought from has. I was impressed. My emails were answer promptly, they were very apologetic, they gave me clear solutions to my issue, promptly refunded my out of pocket expenses and got me sorted. Basically I got a warm feeling dealing with them and would be happy to buy from them again. So this is a good system from a reputable company that'll get you gaming on a budget and if you are using it for gaming adding a RADEON RX 570 graphics card when you can afford it I think will make a big difference (though I’d recommend upgrading the PSU at the same time). Review: Bought for my son for Christmas. It’s super fast and very quiet. My son is impressed with it. It’s fast enough for him to play his games on (Fortnite, Roblox etc) so he’s no longer screaming as his other one was too slow! I don’t have a clue about computers, but it seems good value for money. Was easy to set up

My son asked me to get this for him and he loves it. It is the first PC he has owned. It is easy to use and looks good especially with the LEDs. He is doing Art at college and is getting into gaming. It’s perfect for him. He had to contact customer service as he couldn’t redeem the free game but they were fab and really helped him. I would recommend for any beginner as the price was good. I was concerned that he would struggle to set it up and use it with him being dyslexic and having autism but it is so easy to use and the company were on hand to help so I didn’t need to worry. I would recommend this small uk based business. Came quickly and well packaged.

I bought this BUNDLE to make sure everything when together, as my computers are 10-15 years old and slowing down. Wire up with HDMI. No problem. Quick start up. Found no sound, put earphone in OK. Looked on back of monitor to plug a speaker wire in, No plug. Contacted seller to find this monitor has no speaker had to buy a sound bar, bluetooth. found No bluetooth on computer so use a dongle. Wifi is by usb dongle tried all the usb ports in back not one worked, had to put in top. this uses one of the 3 usb ports on top. As easy access to inside bought a combined wifi and bluetooth card, had to buy an internal usb splitter. Extra £40 could get full marks. apart from that computer run very well fast and good gamer

Son is really thrilled with the set up which he received for his birthday. One issue we had was the fans on the tower weren’t working initially and no lights would work on it either. After unscrewing the lid we found that they had not been connected up. Quick fix for someone who has knowledge of computers but it shouldn’t have come like that. Once all working and lights on it looks really smart but I find the tower quite noisy. Great computer set up for the price. Highly recommend.
