There is no warranty card..it doesn't fix on any surface.. actually a defective product I am getting.. returning it for 2 nd time..no wipes WITHIN box.. magnetic ring is only one where many getting 2as per u tube video..

Poor quality product. Did not even last 3 months. The plastic just broke and the whole thing fell off the surface. Magnetic strength of the ring was extremely poor. Did not stick properly to the dashboard. Do not recommend this. I would highly appreciate if Amazon could refund my money or get the seller to replace this.

Great product with great suction power, and magical magsafe holder for iphones

Very Good product. I researched a lot of magnetic phone holders and this one caught my eye on Amazon. Firstly i have been buying various Portronics products for very long, and they never really disappoint. The build is very good quality. the look is great too. Simple yet very functional. The vacuum suction of the fixing is fantastic and holds on all surfaces, even slightly textured or rough ones. The provided allen key locks the position perfectly and stays in place. Magnetic strength is also super. Highly recommend this product. Didnt get a 5 star because they could do 2 things better slightly. The stem or arm that comes out or extends could have also been black to add to the overall better look and the arm itself could be a bit more sturdy and not shake a little like it does. But highly recommended product nevertheless.

Its magnets are fine but the suction cup keeps falling from glass and all other surfaces. No matter how clean/ hard i do the installation it keep on falling even from glass. It doesn't works on plastic and cenmica.

Very poor quality product. I bought this car phone holder last month but couldn’t use it immediately because my car was in service for a week and I was out of town. I installed it only last week, and within a few days it popped out and separated from the suction. It is not sturdy at all and now it’s completely useless. ₹600 wasted in just a week. Worst product — do not buy.
