Does it make the shape of darth vader's mask on your toast like other ones do?

No it doesn’t make Darth Vader toast. A red light comes on when u put the bread in and it makes the sounds of his breathing going down than when it’s ready to come up . We love !

No it doesn’t have a cover. My son loves it ! It turns red around the bottom when u push down the toast and it makes the sound of Darth Vader breathing and when the toast is ready to pop up Darth Vader breaths again.

Mine does not make any sound while toasting. Any suggestions?

Get a refund than get another one . That’s one of the best parts of the toaster, the sound !
