I have never had a problem with them becoming stale. They just need to have the air pushed out of the bag then seal the bag well. **Q: Can you make meatloaf with this? i used a different brand of gf breadcrumbs and it fell apart. will this hold the mealoaf together like "normal" bc?** A: yes!
