Powerful and Keeps the Room Cool
This AC is a beast—cools down my large space fast and keeps it comfortable even in the heat. Remote is easy to use, and installation was straightforward. Very happy with this purchase!

Pay Attention
Be prepared. I had one shipped to my Sister who lives 100 miles away from me. She lives in Lake City Florida and it was June so when her AC QUIT miserable isn’t a misnomer and honestly it’s a health issue. Anyhow first one arrives, plug is different than the old one was so they had to rewire their 220 volt outlet only to find it ran but didn’t cool. Contacted customer service via Amazon another was shipped out but alas it takes a couple more days and lo and behold this second unit also had a broken refrigerant line so it wasn’t going to work either. Ended up at Home Depot

Works just great. The app is a dude but the ac works perfectly. Arrived on time and the customer service was excellent.

Keeps house cool! A little noisy but worth it

Damaged window ac and heat unit.
This was delivered dented in multiple places. Can't get the screws in underneath for the support brackets due to damage. We are disabled and unable to move this window unit. Very disappointed.
