Small but mighty!
I bought these to replace a set of Logitech Z623 speakers I'd had for about 8 years that were really bad for interference and humming constantly, the idea being that by connecting these via USB or Bluetooth I could eliminate that. I got these for £127 in a sale, quite expensive, even on sale, but they're excellent quality and hopefully last as long as my Z623 set did. The speakers themselves are quite small, but feel solid and are easily loud enough for most people. Nice bit of bass too without any configuration done. Dead easy to connect vi Bluetooth, literally plug and play. To connect with USB, simply press the power button until it goes red and job done. Works fine on both connections - and works with a good quality USB-A to USB-C cable (instead of the supplied USB-C cable). The connection on both seems fine and doesn't drop. They're definitely as good as my Z623 in terms of overall sound quality, and the set is far smaller too. It's nice not to have a big subwoofer sat on the floor and to have minimal cables. The bass on the Z623 or a similar set with a sub is of course going to be better, but most of the time I had the bass quite low anyway in fear of the neighbours! Would definitely recommend these and other Edifier products. I could be tempted to get the cheaper R990BT set for use in the living room to connect the laptop to via Bluetooth since the Google Nest I use in there is famous for disconnecting randomly from Apple devices!

Compact Power
I bought these speakers as monitors to attach to a Pioneer DJ Controller and also to my laptop to stream music. I absolutely love them. They are a satin black colour that looks very professional. The output is exceptionally clear and fully featured with significant bass. They are well made and very solid (heavy). I haven't fully tested the upper reaches of their volume yet but I expect it to be quite significant. They pack a punch. There is a full selection of leads in the box allowing 3.5mm jack, RCA and USB connections (also Bluetooth). The user manual is purely diagrams and more challenging than a typical IQ test but once you get past the manual, the controls are pretty cool. I now find it difficult to walk past these speakers without stopping to put on a tune. As far as value for money, I am very pleased. They feel like they would cost a lot more with a different brand name on them.

Small Size, Big Sound, Great Quality
These speakers are great for my home office. They are connected to a Bluetooth vinyl turntable and the sound is amazing and full. I dithered for a while looking at alternatives, many of which were far more expensive, but o am confident I’ve made the right choice’s

Great little speakers, a bit pricey
Got these to replace my Logitech G560. For the size, these are very impressive. You won't believe the sound it's coming from such a tiny speaker. As expected, it can't really compete with a 2.1 system in terms of bass but when it gets to the midrage it's not even close. It's so much fuller, more balanced. In comparison, the 560 sound a bit thin when it comes to this area. The bass was a bit dissapointing at first but it turned out it was my desk placement, not the speakers. I wanted to give them a chance so I moved them in the living room and the bass has instantly improved. I was actually very surprised by the ammount of oomph these little speakers put out. It has good connectivity and it's very easy to switch between inputs using the touch buttons which show up when the hand is close the top of the main speaker. That being said, I believe these are overpriced at 159 in my opinion. For a bit more money you could get yourself a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 9.1s and a Fosi Amp which will wipe the floor with these but will have a significantly bigger footprint, not really desktop friendly speakers. TL,DR: If you looking for a desktop set of speakers or a soundbar alternative for your living room, these will not disappoint. They have a very nice build quality and very good sound, especially for how small they are. The alluminium stands are included as well. Only reason for the 4 stars is the price.

Great little speakers - Buy Them!!
Delighted with purchase. Really compact but very solid and provide an excellent volume and depth of sound. Purchased during the Spring Sale so a nice little discount making them great value for money, although I would have paid the list price for them such is the quality. Rarely are products packaged so well, refreshing to see and means that they arrive in perfect condition Easy to position on the desk because of the compact size and the touch sensitive controls on the top of the base unit are easy to use.

Surprisingly agile and clear soundstage from a diminutive set of speakers. Brilliant.
For the size and the price I am amazed with these speakers. They perform way above expectations, and are fine in a small room as well as in a near field monitor configuration. If you position these pointed from a corner then you get zones with little bass and other zones where the bass seems overblown, and I think that has to do with the bass vent firing to the rear. I am yet to try with bass traps and some foam behind the speaker boxes to see if they will help reduce the boom and clean up the sound a bit. Using on a desk, is the ideal position and they provide a nice soundstage and instrument separation. Sound quality in this configuration is much more pleasant at low and mid volumes. With inputs including usb-c, 3.5mm and Bluetooth there is no shortage of options, and connection is solid with all of them. Value for money is without question, it is hard to imagine how edified have done these at this low price. I managed to get them in a spring deal for £120ish way below rrp of £160, and for that price they are a steal. To sum up, great little speaker with decent input options and a much larger soundstage than their size suggests. Work within their limits and you will love them but push them in too large a room and you will be more “meh”. Congratulations Edifier, brilliant set of speakers

Will not be replacing them for a long time
(Context: as someone who hasn’t changed from my first speakers z150s in 10+ years) After a few months usage, these are without a doubt the best speakers I’ve ever had. They suit in the space i need on a compact desk of 100cm wide . It was easy to set up with a wide range of connectivity from Bluetooth to audio jacks both have their respective features Bluetooth has a slightly different sound signature to audio jacks which feel more natural and less sharp, volume wise it plenty loud at lower volume and can definitely fill the room and the house if put full volume. You can definitely feel the music from these speakers The white appearance makes the desk feel less cramped despite their size. Cost while they are not the cheap by any means they are definitely worth getting and I personally spent quite some time researching on my next speakers before settling on these and they will be with me for a long time.no regrets

Fantastic for near-field desktop use
Really happy with these. The Edifier ConneX app allows you to change sound profiles (music, monitor, game, movie or custom to set your own EQ). Bluetooth quality is actually good using LDAC on Android - haven't tried AAC/SBC. I recently sent back a pair of Adam D3Vs and would actually consider these better. Perhaps not as neutral as the Adam's, but they're smaller, more subjectively pleasing to listen to, have more functionality and definitely suited for casual users with higher expectations.
