The media could not be loaded. Great product. It's an aluminium curtain track that you need to drill holes where you need, so it makes sense that it doesn't come pre drilled as some people would have to find where their joists are and others might use drywall anchors. Also, it's a very very simple rail so the people asking for instructions manuals are just a case of mental impairment and shouldn't try any DIY. It came very well packed but if it didn't, it would be a simple case of asking for a refund. So I don't know what's wrong with people these days, but this kit is not the issue. (By the time of this review there were some completely useless people complaining about this as if it was a difficult thing to mount.)

I have ordered 3 rails 3.1m. When the product was received it was damaged. There were no instructions included on how to fit it. And it was not cleaned before shipping!!Additionally, the product was missing holes, which will require additional operations to assemble the rails.I would not recommend the product, it is clearly not value for money (50 quid pp) .

Good sturdy well made curtain rail.You will need to drill holes in the rail to enable it to be screwed to the wall or ceiling.Curtain clip Runners are good and smooth.Quality product.Well pleased.

Item delivered was shorter than advertised.Product was flimsy but would suffice.Customer service poor,basically called me a liar even though I sent photographs to prove their error. Took 5 weeks for delivery and still incorrect item.Do not trust.
