KoubooRattan Bistro Bar Stool, White/Blue

I liked the look of the counter stool, though I will say the “blue” is more of an extremely dark navy - almost looked black and white in my all white kitchen. I ended up returning them because of the color not quite matching the photo. There is a restocking fee if you return them (even though when I called amazon to return them they said I would get a full refund). Wish they came in lighter colors otherwise I would have kept them.

Chair seat comming apart. Contacted Kauboo and was told that warranty did not cover "wear and tear". So sitting on chair by a 130lb women once or twice a day eating breakfast and lunch is not what chair is designed or warranted for.Also I was about 9 days passed the I yr when I notified them as this was the fourth failure and they basically said tough luck as it wasn't until my wife cut her leg on jagged piece that broke that she notified me.Kauboo rep said super glue it back.Sadly not the type of company I would have purchase from if I had this information available to me

We believe this is a counterfeit product as it is different from other two stools we purchased, and actual product is different from picture on the listing.
