No, the trimmer does not have a cover. It does come with a pouch bag that is slightly longer than the trimmer itself. The same pouch bag is also the same bag that you will store the other attachments when you are not using them.

With the short hair trimmer for nose/ear hair it does not cut flush with skin. There will be a stubble like length left.
