Q: After you started using the tube, can it be sealed and used again weeks/months later?

Yes, they give you two tips. The first will be used and will harden after use. The two part epoxy mixes in the tip. You can use the other at a later time and you can purchase extra tips for additional uses. It's a great product and applies easily

Q: I have a 1965 richline big day 16 will one tube do all the seams on my boat??

It should be enough to seal anything below the waterline, unless you are talking about 1/4" continuous gaps. I did 36' of seams and only used 1/3 of one tube of epoxy

Q: Can I buys extra tips?

I called their customer service with a question about application, and mentioned I could use an extra tip or two. They answered my first question and mailed me two tips. Good product, and good customer support.
