This is a high-quality labdanum resin, and the viscosity people are complaining about is not a flaw—it’s a characteristic of properly handled material. Labdanum should be thick. That density is exactly what gives it its fixative strength and longevity. If you’re expecting something pourable straight out of the bottle, you’re misunderstanding the material, not discovering a defect. I diluted mine in sweet almond oil and gently agitated it on a vibration plate for a few minutes. The result was a smooth, workable dilution that has remained evenly suspended for over 24 hours with no separation issues. Once diluted appropriately, it behaves beautifully and does exactly what labdanum is meant to do: add warmth, structure, and staying power without turning syrupy or overpowering.

Very nice fragrance, it's hard to describe unless you have smelled it. It's musky and earthy and different. I like to use it in my oil blends. A few nice combos are with lemon, patchouli, vetevir, frsnkensense... It's a base note that is long lasting. I read that it is used in place of the traditional ' musk's that comes from whales. It is quite thick and unruly ( lol) I end up just pouring a little out and not use the dropper. It flows more like honey than 'oil'.

Not so easy to dispense. I’d use a dripper. Its pretty thick. Super sweet smell. Seems to moisturize ok. Scent is light but evident. I eventually mixed some of it with neroli.

I really wanted this product for its medicinal properties in treating bronchitis and lung infections, water retention and painfully menstrual problems. It appears to be working, but I need to see this on a longer-term especially the lung infections as my parents have some problems here and the effect is going to be shown on a longer period of time. Highly recommend it to boost the immune system as well.
