I bought this for some moist heat to loosen up my neck and shoulders. It’s absolutely perfect! I love the loops and the long size, so I can drape it around my neck and not have to hold it there. I leave it on while walking around and doing other things. And it’s got a little weight to it, so it feels great and stays put. There is a light lavender scent, that is pleasant, but not overpowering. This isn’t a medical grade heat pack so it doesn’t get super hot or last super long. But it does provide nice moist heat for about 15 minutes and feels really good. The fabric is very soft and cozy.
