I’ve tried a few different slimming or detox teas, and this Super Slimming Tea has been one of the easiest on my stomach. Everyone is different, some other teas caused more movements if you know what I mean. I usually drink one cup in the evening, and I appreciate that it doesn’t cause cramping or the harsh side effects some other teas have. It has a mild, earthy flavor and it’s easy to sip with a little honey or lemon. After about a week, I noticed I felt a bit less bloated and more regular, which is what I was hoping for. I wouldn’t call it a miracle fix, but as part of my healthy routine it really helps me feel lighter and more balanced. But everyone is different, keep that in mind! I started off with only steeping it for a minute and increasing once I’m use to it.
