Horrible phone it sucks couldn’t even get a signal to get it turned on DO NOT BUY THIS ITS HORRIBLE 3g phone not 5g at all lol

This phone is amazing for the affordable price it’s at. It’s lightweight, performs well, and the screen displays bright and clear images. I bought this phone for daily use, like watching videos and browsing social media, and it’s performing great. The packaging came neatly with the battery and charger, but I was surprised that it even came with a phone case, screen protector, and ear buds. I wasn’t expecting this at all, but it’s great that it came with all the essentials you need. Overall great value for this phone, grateful I bought it!

It’s crap! they don’t tell you what providers are compatible with the phone and when I bought a Tello card-because it said frequently bought together and unbeknownst to me the phone isn’t compatible with Tello service and it doesn’t tell you anywhere on the box what provider is compatible with this phone!

Battery life is great and the phone is great for little kids 4-12 for them to watch play games and did get a SIM card for $20 so now the older one has a phone line in case of emergency. Works great on Internet

It is slow. Overheats 2 minutes into charging amongst a bunch of other problems. Worse phone I have ever bought.

I purchased this phone because it is advertised as unlocked and will work with T-Mobile. When it arrived I put the sim card T-Mobile gave me in it and it didn't work. I called T-Mobile and went through all the steps with the agent who told me the phone was locked and I needed to contact the seller/manufacturer and have them unlock it. I called T-Mobile again and they said that if the phone was supposed to be unlocked that it must be defective. I searched on line and found a few complaints of the phone being locked. I surmised that my phone was perhaps defective. I called Amazon and the gave me a number for the manufacturer. The number had a recording that said something like, "The service is not available." I called Amazon back and they agreed to replace it. I received another identical phone which has the same problem. It sees the sim card but won't connect to T-Mobile and when I call T-Mobile they tell me it is locked. I'm giving it 2 stars because it seems like a good phone for the price but the most important claim that it is unlocked is incorrect.

For the price it's passable but definitely not the greatest.
