Great sleeping pills easy to swallow.
Small gel tablets. And they work for me ,one pil an hour before you go to bed ,and you should fall alleen Drink water with the sleeping pills .. The value is great two large bottles with enough gel pills for 2 à 3 months. The price vs quality is 100 % correct. Storage pills keep pills out of the sun (they will melt). Keep pills on a cool place or fridge.

These did not work for me...Those of you who suffer from chronic insomnia or anything that causes major sleep disturbances will not be helped by NUVIA Please request a prescription for a sleep study from your PA. I'M NOT A DOCTOR.ILL give you just a brief history as to why NUVIA will not help you. Unfortunately, I had several car accidents and with each one of the accidents my pain worsen.I went from 5mgs of opiods to 10mgs 3x'a day.I found out after taken these opiods for three years that the OPIODS were the immediate cause of my INSOMNIA.PLEASE,PLEASE do a sleep study.
