It said it was delivered a week before it actually arrived ( delivery service fault not iceco) during that week it was missing I contacted them and they began the process to send me another cooler. Luckily my first one came and I was able to cancel the second cooler but their willingness to help me not lose $600 was really appreciated. Now for the cooler itself. We bought it in October and hadn’t had a chance to use it for camping. Recently our area had a power outage due to high winds and die danger. We fired the jp50 pro up and ran it with food in it for the first time and it worked great. Saved us from needing to throw food away and held temperature.
