Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra works perfect so other large phones up to 7inch should be fine.
Highly recommend if you don't want to drop the cash for the expensive VR headsets out there and you have a newer high-end phone with a good screen. The field of view 110 deg is great. Good price, comfort is good even with glasses, image quality is good better than the old Samsung Gear VR, feels like it has good durability for the price, feels lightweight but not cheap, easy to setup and slip phone into. My Galaxy S25 Ultra works perfectly with it, even though it is on the big size. I just needed to slip out the inner bracket that is just floating anyway, so just get it and remove it. The S25 screen is so high end the screen door effect is very small and easy to ignore unlike the older phones. Only issue is most everyone seems to have dropped support for VR platforms like Google Cardboard, Gear VR, and many of the popular apps are just not updated and don't work. Also the control just doesn't seem to map to any of the apps or websites. The only button that worked was the B button for back. Maybe there is a fix or a better controller out there. I was able to use my Dell Bluetooth mouse to just click around but it's also limited, as there's just no universal standard for controls and VR it seems. Fortunately, YouTube and the hub and other websites have VR built in that works perfectly with Chrome and you can run your own videos and images on some of the players on the Google Play Store and it will make them viewable even if they are not 3D. There is content out there, but you need to dig for working platforms and viewers. Skydive player seems to be the best, but it has limitations. There are others. Still trying them all.

Terrible
Very heavy to wear on head, still can't make the remote control work and I've basically thrown it in a corner and never tried to use it again!

Virtual is the new Reality.
I am in no way tech savvy, so your pretty much reading VR for Dummies here. That said, I didn't do too bad! The controller easily paired with my phone (SC-B03-B6EA, which has no resemblance to "Tecknet VR Headset" whatsoever, but now you don't have to guess and risk linking to heaven-only-knows-what in pursuit of entertainment. You're welcome.) The headset is made of stout plastic and nicely padded, so it's comfortable once the elastic straps are adjusted to fit your head. If your phone has a thicker case, you may want to remove it, because Darth Vader's scuba mask is manufactured to exacting tolerances, and snapping the case shut over a chubby phone may be feasible, but extricating it is another matter entirely. And involves cussing. Don't judge me. Once you're strapped in (remove your glasses) and have a video cued up, there are three wheels that fine tune the visuals. One for focusing each individual eye and one for both. Easy peasy. The controller's default mode is VR, so if you're gaming or using the controller as a mouse (I shudder to think), there's an extra step. Using the controller is a bit of a challenge, at least it was for me. In fact, I removed a star for frustrating directions. It will probably take some fiddling, but stick with it. You'll get by. Eventually. A guided tour of the solar system or a leisurely swim with whales and giant manta rays is worth the effort. I've been curious about the VR experience, and for fifty bucks, this is a great toy and loads of fun. If you run into trouble, bribe a grandchild to give you a tutorial and swear them to secrecy. Call it a bonding experience. Thanks for reading my review. I hope it was helpful.
