No, this product is not gluten free.

We love the fruit and nut so much that we started a subscription with amazon so we would never run out! I tried tons of granola s and frankly I tossed partially used bags because they were just not very good. My 17 and 19 year old boys love it too!

Some comments say no! Bear Naked does make gluten free, costs more. I prefer gluten free as well. Get proof - comments are not 100% accurate.

There are 33 grams of carbs per serving, which is 1/2 cup. I hope this helps!
