Got these to plug my DJ mixer in to my speaker mixer, and they work perfect for that job. Snug fit on the RCA's give me confidence the music won't stop, and the gold plating assures me they'll work perfectly for years. Heavy duty cable and connectors.

Bought this to plug from my turntable into a USB audio interface, and record a bunch of records with it into Logic. Works great, no crackle or build quality issues.

The sheath is connected left and right medium soft vinyl. Both ends are serviceable and are all metal, with a vinyl reinforcement built into the cable end collar. The cable feels well made, with of a decent weight, so fair amount of copper. The tips have a certain amount of gold in them. The signal is noise and crackle free and will not pick up EMI as it is shielded. Sill I always recommend not letting audio cables touch power cables where possible. Audio lines and power lines should not touch in a best case scenario, but this is what the shielding is for. This goes for USB cables into DACs etc, that transmit audio. The shielding in this cable should have you covered but I always recommend best practices. Overall I have had no problems with this cable and it feels well made with serviceable collars. Thanks for the handy adapter as well. I recommend for audio setups, home studios, streamers, vloggers, video production, home theaters, etc. anyone who needs to transform RCA to 1/4” TS or vice versa.

These were surprising well made cables. I'm using these with my guitar modeling processor so that I can plug it into my Klipsch "The Three's" and use them as FRFR cabinets. I used the processor at -4dBm - using these cables in the 1/4 in. L/R output jacks I ran them to a 20dB booster amp, and then into my Klipsch speakers. I, purposefully used them in a room with fluorescent overhead lights (for noise generation). Happy to say that the shielding kept all the hum/noise out of the signal path, even with the low signal input and the 20dB boost after these cables. Honestly can't beat that. Audio clarity was very good when playing the guitar, no loss of highs (as can sometimes be the case with lower cost cables). They even came with a 3.5mm to RCA converter (special gift, it said on the package) which was a nice surprise. The other positive - if, for some reason, you break an end off (e.g. pulling it too hard, etc.) both ends unscrew and you have access to the wire tabs and they can be easily repaired, unlike cheaper models which, when that happens, you have to throw them out. That, alone, makes these worth it. With guitar processors, it's easy to step on a cable and break it off in the connector. This makes it quick and easy to fix... My only "complaint" about these was that the cables weren't separate they were bonded together. That didn't work quite as well in my, personal, situation... that shouldn't be a deterrent for purchasing these.

This RCA to 1/4 inch cable is perfect for pro audio or home audio use and has a very thick cable with high quality connectors. I noticed no noise from this cable and the RCA connectors are especially tight which is good since it has a better fit and won't pull out accidentely. Another nice feature of these connectors is both sides unscrew and can be repaired if needed. This is important if using this on the road where you may not have access to one of these cables. It is durable enough for professional use but of course most people will use this in their home studio or entertainment system and it works well for that. No complaints, very happy with this cable.
