I bought this in December 2025. April 2026 the language somehow switched from English to Chinese. I reached out to the seller, and they were very responsive in getting the instructions to change it back to English. The chair is great. It is used for tight spaces in the hallway that the full size electric chair won’t fit through.

We’ve only used it a couple times, but it looks like it’s going to be a great tool for us able to physically lift it in and out of the back of my van and that is huge.

When Mom needed a little help with mobility we bought her this Verpal scooter. We were impressed with the fact that it has a replaceable battery at this price point. It's very easy to drive/maneuver and has many great features. A drawback is that Verpal scooters do not have universally replaceable parts. But that being said, when the armrest became damaged, the Verpal customer care team were very helpful in getting us a replacement part. Delivery of the scooter was a bit of a nightmare, but that's on Fedex and I hold Verpal completely harmless in this case.

So far no problems speed a little senstive almost like a musle car chair

Si n my opinion not for adults over 200 lbs of weight the seat is not comfortable n the small motors not as a 250 ones

Good quality however a bit heavy to pick up to load in a car.

Needed because have to wait for knee surgery. It’s easy to put together and it drives nicely. Only issue I have had is taking the seat off is not for one person. Struggled with it and gave up and just put it in car.
