**Q: What is the height to the top of the knob with the lid on?**
A: Its hard to tell for sure but it appears to be 6 inches or just a little bit over.

**Q: So I’m seeing conflicting answers. Is the handle plastic or cast iron? I want to use this for baking bread so it would need to withstand temperatures**
A: Iron. I bake bread with it in my 16 quart air fryer at 400 degrees F and haven't had any problems.

**Q: can you use this on a glass top stove?**
A: Yes just don't slam on top off stove

**Q: Are all handles and knobs made of cast iron?**
A: Yes which means you have to be careful about picking it up and looking inside when it is hot
