Why does this not have Brazil nuts (which it clearly states is part of the mixture in the advertisement and the only reason I ordered them)?

I was disappointed, too. No Brazil nuts!

Are these gluten free

Nuts in their pure form are gluten-free. This includes peanuts, almonds, pecans, macadamia nuts, walnuts, pine nuts, pistachios, cashews, Brazil nuts and all other natural nuts. Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds are also gluten-free. While nuts are naturally gluten-free, you need to be careful with flavored nuts.

Does it contain gelatin derived from pork or beef ?

I have been buying the 3lb 8oz can, I do not see any gelatin listed on the can. Hope that helps
