I'm going to go ahead and give this 5 stars, because since having them in our house, I haven't seen or experienced as many cob webs anymore. To me, this indicates there haven't been spiders around to make webs in the first place. And, they smell really good, which doubles as a freshener to the house. :)

I used to have a lot of spiders in my house. they were hard to see because they were about the same color as the carpeting and some of the furniture, so I would often accidentally disturb them and get bitten. Now, I no longer get spider bites because the spiders are gone from around the areas where I sit and walk around my house.

The smell is strong but they seem to be working.

With it being hot out, I started finding more creatures in my house. Spiders and cockroaches. I'm deathly afraid of spiders so Everytime I see one, I have residual trauma for awhile. I try and only use natural products, especially inside my home. I have a cat too. I have been using these for awhile now. I put one in each room and I swear the next day I stop seeing spiders and cockroaches. (And any other creature for that matter) It's kinda crazy how well they work. The last time I bought them, they lasted a good six months. Now that it is warmer, I will probably need to replace them sooner. The scent is quite strong the first 24 hours then either I get used to it or it dissipates. My boyfriend gets migraines from scents but has no problem with these. The reason for the four stars is the price. I like to make natural products at home and I know how cheap these are to make, so the mark up is insane. I get they need to make a profit, but damn! My plan is to make them myself next time. I have a lot of essential oils at home already and there are plenty of recipes online. If they were more affordable, I would probably just keep buying them out of convenience.

I think the photos say it all. I wanted to avoid harsh chemicals. I've had the ultrasonic plugged in for 18 days. The box says to give it 2 weeks to "flush them out". When it hit the 2 week mark I supplemented with additional options and bought these along side a peppermint oil spray. Clearly NONE are working which is unfortunate because I really wanted it to work. It's almost as if the spider is taunting me by being less than an inch from either repellent option. I should mention there were at least 2 spiders within 4 inches of each other but one scurried off when I started taking photos.

I've got a panic-inducing spider fear, and have spent countless years in this house awaiting the spring and daily battles trying to work up the nerve to knock the creeps off the wall and then sometimes lose sight of them- just utter horror. I've tried mint plants in my room, sprays, etc. These pouches were my last attempt before getting a bug gun. I put one pouch against the small bit of wall that is at the top of the staircase, since they love to hang out on that ceiling. I put another on the floor in the corner of my bedroom right next to the door. I did both of these on the same day. Warning, the smell is absolutely POTENT the day you take the plastic (leave the actual bag sealed!) off. So potent that I almost considered throwing them out because it reeked of citronella in here for maybe 12 hours- but by two days later the smell is gone- totally gone. I'd had 3 big spiders 3 nights in a row before I put these out, and the night I did, a spider that I guess had been camping somewhere in my closet was suddenly on the wall and after I got rid of him, I have not (knock on wood) seen ONE spider upstairs- only a smaller one downstairs, where I did not put any pouches because I wanted to see the difference. It has been a bit over two weeks and still only the one downstairs- none up here. I can't believe it. And like I said, there had been one every night for 3 nights before I did this. I will purchase these for the rest of time.

Yep this truly works !! I got them within my porches and kitchens and the smell is beautiful. Thank you for this product.
