I've used e.l f brushes, white handle, and they scratch like crazy. are these comparable to the metal handled Real Techniques brushes for softness?

I have been using them for about a month now and they are very soft, they don't scratch me at all. I haven't felt the real techniques brushes so on that I can say.

The brush that is listed as #7 ""Angled Detailer," can it be used for gel eyeliner?

I am sure it can. I use Loreal Infallible & the brush that it comes with on that gelliner, so I haven't used the detailer brush yet. But the detailer can be used for gel liner.

Do they blend pigments well?

Yes, I find that the blending brush blends pigments well

Is there a tutorial somewhere online for this set?

I just go on You Tube and check out videos for applying eye makeup. Also thought the way it read that there was a tutorial for this set but evidently not. You Tube worked for me - good luck.
