Ich nutze das SUNLU PLA Filament (1,75 mm) nun schon seit einiger Zeit und bin absolut beeindruckt von der Konstanz, die diese Marke liefert. Hier sind meine wichtigsten Erfahrungen: 1. Perfekte Wicklung (Kein "Kabelsalat") Nichts ist ärgerlicher als ein Druckabbruch nach 10 Stunden, weil sich das Filament auf der Rolle verheddert hat. SUNLU hat das im Griff: Die Spulen sind extrem sauber gewickelt, sodass das Filament reibungslos abrollt. 2. Präzision & Zuverlässigkeit Die angegebene Toleranz von +/- 0,02 mm scheint nicht nur Marketing zu sein. Ich hatte bisher keinerlei Verstopfungen (Clogs) oder Überextrusion. Der Durchmesser bleibt über die gesamte Rolle hinweg konstant, was zu einem sehr gleichmäßigen Druckbild führt. 3. Erstklassige Haftung & Finish Betthaftung: Auf meinem PEI-Druckbett haftet das Material bereits bei 60°C hervorragend, lässt sich nach dem Abkühlen aber fast von selbst lösen. Oberfläche: Die Layer-Haftung ist stabil und die Oberfläche der fertigen Drucke hat einen schönen, dezenten Glanz ohne unschöne Artefakte. Mein Fazit: Für Einsteiger und Profis gleichermaßen geeignet. Es ist ein echtes "Workhorse"-Filament: Einlegen, Profil auswählen und vergessen – es liefert einfach ab. Wer ein zuverlässiges PLA für den Alltag sucht, macht hier absolut nichts falsch. Druck-Einstellungen (meine Empfehlung): Nozzle: 200°C - 210°C Bett: 50°C - 60°C Speed: 50-100 mm/s (je nach Drucker)
