The product itself feels sturdy and lightweight. Arrived with a nice carrying case which is good to have. The voice notifications while wearing the earpiece is a nice touch. It gives alerts for power on/off, incoming call (followed by reading of the number), and pairing. My husband is a truck driver and this will only allow him to talk for a few hours on his shift before he has to charge it.
