She likes to play the more obscure instruments. She was thrilled with the gift. The wood is good, especially for the price. The sound is loud and clear. The decorations are beautiful, and from what I understand each instrument is unique in its design. I am Australian, and the instrument has a definite Australian Aboriginal look and feel. My only complaint is that it did not come with the advertised mouth piece.
